One shot with 3  color cameras synchronous capture belongs still in this group?

I try to arrange scopes and sensors to get more or less same FOV. Idea is to let each take different aspects of the motif at the same time. For instance let the top one "PiggyBAck" take RGB, while the "Main" takes Dual Narrow Band, while the bottom one "UnderDog" takes IR. Then in integration play with combining the 3 views.

I use a possibility in Kstars - Ekos - INDI to let a pre capture script fire the two extra cameras each time Main fires.

PiggyBack is 400mm f5.6 vintage M42 Takumar with Sony a5000 (a7 in pic.).
Main is TS65f6.5 420mm quad with Sony a5000.
UnderDog will be 105mm f2.8 vintage M42 (55mm in pic) Takumar with ASI462mc-s.
(Broken at the moment Pegasus Pocket Power Box Advanced so the dangling cables are interim solutions.)

Waiting for the ASI462. It is interesting since it takes in IR in all R+G+B channels. So when used with an IR pass filter il will lit up like LUM.

Of course there is endless more combination possibilities. The important for me is to get more to integrate in the short time when sky is clear.

That a lot to keep track of,  Is that CEM capable of the weight?  I cant tell which one it is.  And some people think I was crazy mounting my Askar 600 on top of my EdgeHD 11" mounted on my CEM70,  Worked well, but every time I shifted targets and rotated the camera the balance would go all wonkey on me.  Don't have that issue with the SW EQ8-R Pro.

It is GEM45 and I have plenty weight capacity to go. I think the GEM geometry is easier to balance. The scopes are all vertically centered  above the DEC accis and my mounting bars are all long so I can move each scope forward and backward for perfect balance. Only thing to look for for 3D balance is that both guide scope and ZWO EAF focuser is on the West side. I have added some "counter weight" stuff on the East side to compensate.

Most likely you had balance shift also with EQ8 , just the clutch mechanism on EQ is holding it and is not that immediately visible. That does not mean it is not there. CEM70 dos not have any clutch and even the smallest misbalance is immediately visible. An influence of balance error (if present) is equal on both mounts ...
