Just bought a new camera called "Bresser MikrOkular Full HD Eyepiece camera", and i can get max 12 fps with it in any programs for capturing like BresserCamLabLite, SharpCap or AMCap. I've tried to fix it with different ways like installing new drivers or setting up SharpCap. I even cleaned my SSD, it has now 200gb free space. Nothing helped. Maybe spmeone fixed problem like that?

I'm sorry to have to say this, but the camera only has a USB 2.0 interface. With Full HD and uncompressed transmission, it probably won't be much more than 12 fps. You can try lowering the exposure time, maybe you'll get a few more fps.

It has to give me 25 fps according to the tech specs, I've already captured moon and I am going to take pictres of Jupiter as well. I mean it gives me 25 fps but the most of them are dropping.
The data sheet says “up to 25 fps”. Try reducing the exposure time and increasing the gain. I guess you know that the frame rate is directly related to the exposure time.
Can you even set these values separately in the camera's control panel? I suspect that Bresser has only supplied a so-called “direct show” driver here.
For Sharpcap or Firecapture, the driver must support these programs natively, otherwise the camera will only run in direct show mode!
To avoid frustration, you might want to look around for a proper moon and planetary camera. But even if the camera runs at 25fps, this is much too slow.
The saying is usually true: if you buy cheap, you usually buy twice….

For astrophotography, it is essential that the camera can output raw images as a data stream!
To make this perhaps easier to understand, I would like to give you a quick calculation:
1920 x 1080 (full HD) Pixel x 8 (Bit per Pixel) x 3 (Color Channels) = 49,77 Mbit /8 = 6,22 Mbyte per RAW-Frame.
The maximum data transfer rate of USB 2.0 is 60 Mbyte/s. Do you recognize the problem?
25 fps in RAW is not possible. So the camera will compress the data stream like a webcam (lossy), which makes the camera unusable for astro purposes.
