NINA and Daylight Savings Time

Wouldn't you know just when I am ready for first light at my scope's new dark sky site, it would be on the day DST begins.    According to Time&Date.com, astronomical twilight ends tonight at 20:39.   But NINA is saying astronomical twilight ends at 19:39.  How do I get NINA to recognize DST?  My computer (Windows) automatically recognizes it correctly.

Same with Telescopius, it too is an hour early.

I'm trying to do target planning this morning and it would help if everything were in sync.  What would help even more would be if we could get rid of Daylight Savings Time forever!!!!

It's a bit late now for this year but for next year, last night I scheduled an imaging run to end before 2am and then I had CCD Autopilot wait to start the next run at 3:02am.  Worked like a charm not sure about the fall when the clock moves back.  Maybe schedule a run to end at 1am and then schedule the next run to start at 2:02am.  You would lose an hour but if it worked you could image for most of the night.

NINA’s internals are all UTC, so they're insensitive to DST turning on or off. But that's not necessarily the case for the various drivers for your devices (e.g. the ASCOM driver for the mount), so you’ll want to test that and maybe hand-hold the changeover the first time.

I got it working, I had to reboot NINA after DST went into effect.
