I use 2 different setups at the same time, is it possible to combine this sub to one pic ?

1) CDK 14 with QHY 268 Mono
2) Skywatcher Esprit 150 with SBig STF Mono

if i combine the subs with CCD Stack it works so i can mix STF frames with QHY frames.
In Pixinsight it does not work. I checked 2 pics seperately in PI manually and it also does not work.

What is the secret to do this in WBPP. I am sure that this is possible, but  i cant find a description or a way to make it work.

Does anyone have some input for me ?

Thanks for your Help

In PI you can register one (final stacked up light master) against the other and add/average them together. I can't see any issue with that.

Run WBPP normally and then use AlignByCoordinates (masters needs to be solved, this will align & crop all masters to reference image) and integrate/stack them together.

If you don't have 3 masters (minimum for integration) you can make 2 copies of each and stack those. Alternatively you can use also PixelMath to add them together (average, sum, …)

I would combine them in WBPP.
