Random Blank lines of Pixels

Last night for the first time I had several images that had random horizontal blank line's part way through them. They would appear in one sub then disappear for a few then return in a different position. I was having some other issues, so I turned the camera off and back on then I restarted my ASIAIR and the problem went away. Anyone else have this issue or know what it might be?

Nope. Have you changed the cameras power supply recently?
Or usb cable is on its last legs

I suspect that the USB cable is the culprit. It's been in service for a couple of years and just the other night it might have gotten pulled a bit during a flip.

I'd second that's its probably an issue with the USB cable - I've had similar issues pop up with my ASI533MC Pro, too. We're you using the default cable, and if so, was it cold outside? I typically start experiencing issues when the temperature goes below freezing.

Yes to both. I need to find a good source for the USB A to B angled cable.
