I’ve just finished processing with PixInsight this image of RCW 33 and Gum 15

I would highly appreciate your comments and advice to improve both my image and my processing & image analysis skills.

Clear Skies to all !

Start all over again.

Love the idea to start all over, @andrea tasselli , but which part of the image is worst ?

Images don't come in parts, they are a whole. Restart from stretching the master and splitting it into a star and starless components. I see that you dropped those artificial spikes, which is a good thing but also you dimmed the OIII parts considerably. Since you're doing some kind of OOH imagery I would start from the stretched OOH and see what you did then that you would do differently now. Also, you have to control the halos. Simple is best, that's my rule.

Incidentally, Gum15 is the small nebula to the lower right, not the centerpiece.

Thanks for your advice to start over @andrea tasselli  and to go for simplicity, it helped me quite a bit!
