I was Blinking through images of the Horsehead from the last two nights and noticed a similar satellite track around the same time on both nights.  Only took note because it bisected the Horse's head right down the middle.

So I stacked the two images (one from 12/18, one from 12/19), and the tracks are perfectly parallel, separated by only a few pixels.  10 min exposures, unguided, H-alpha filter, 23:15:15 and 23:10:12 local time.  Direction of movement was the same on both nights, left to right, as the trail continued on the subsequent exposure each night.

This must be the same satellite, right?

Possibly.  A geostationary satellite passes through the same constellation east-west every day. The passing time is 4 minute earlier every day.  (24hr * 60min / 365day is about 4min/day.)
