How critical is it if you forget to put marks when cleaning the main mirror on a 6" Newton Scope and can't remember exactly where it was mounted from the manufacturer.
Will it matter since I think 5" or 6" mirrors are not that big and whether they can tolerate smaller errors more?
I haven't tested it yet but does anyone have experience with this and do I have anything to fear?
