The image is an 6-hour integration of Rosette nebula taken in HO dual narrowband filter. Request your critique and feedback to improve it. I plan to add more data and revisit the processing shortly. I think the overall colour is not as good as it should be - some of the bias perhaps also comes from the general blueish colours of the nebula in a different palette.
The individual subs were 3 mins long, dithered every frame.
Workflow:
1. Background Neutralization
2. Gradient removal (Graxpert)
3. SPCC
3. BlurXT - (Note to self: Trial about to expire, need to play around with other tools too!!)
4. NoiseXT
4. Linked statistical stretch
5. Masked stretch
6. HDR Multiscale transformation (along with pixel math to avoid overdoing. i.e. I1=Original image, I2=Image after HDR Multiscale transformation, FinalImage=(I1+I2)*0.5
7. Unsharp Mask
8. NoiseXT - A very tiny bit to reduce noise brought in by Unsharp Mask
9. Curves adjustment
