Hi folks,
I completed a brand new install on a Win 11 Pro machine and am unable to download updates from any non-PI repositories. This is version 1.8 .9-3 build 1612. I'm getting a 'network error 301' . Not sure if it's a windows 11 security thing or what. I don't see any obvious settings there that could be problematic.

couple of things to check are whether there are trailing spaces after the repository URLs - they need to be there.

another thing you can try is just use a browser, and append "updates.xri" to a repository name and see if the browser is able to download the file. for instance:

https://www.ghsastro.co.uk/updates/updates.xri

if that doesn't work i guess it's something wrong with your system.

Thanks. When I looked at the repository entries in question again, there was an obvious typographical omission . I guess age is finally catching up smile
