hello, recently I have stacked multiple exposures with calibrtion frames taken with my phone in siril and tried to perform the background ectraction but for some eason after I do the backround iextraction it looks really grainy and the colors are all of, I really don't know ow to explain it but was hoping other people experienced similar problems and found solutions to it.

After background extraction, the temporary preview appears hyperstretched. It looks more normal as you continue the editing process.

Yes, the auto stretch in Siril can be pretty harsh with some images. Go to linear view and use the stretching tool(s) of your choice. Siril has AsinH, generalized hyperbolic and histogram transformation. If you are new to all this I would learn the histogram tool first as it's pretty simple.

so it's normal that it looks al grainy and has weird colors in it?

If it's over stretched, yes. Plus, these are images from a phone so I wouldn't expect much. Noise and artifacts will be an issue.
