Hello, I just acquired the ASIAir mini for a second rig and can't figure out how to switch on the 2 output ports.  The options aren't there when I hit the wifi icon on the app.  I'm looking to power my dew heater.  No issues with my ASIAir Plus.   Any help would much appreciated!

It sounds like you're having trouble accessing the power output controls on your ASIAir Mini. Here are a few steps you can try: 1. Update Firmware and App: Make sure your ASIAir Mini has the latest firmware, and that your ASIAir app is also up-to-date. Sometimes features might not appear if there’s a mismatch between the app and device firmware.  2. Check Power Management Settings: In the ASIAir app, after connecting to your ASIAir Mini, look for the "Power" tab or power management section. It should show the power ports if they are supported by the ASIAir Mini. Since your ASIAir Plus shows them, the Mini might have a different layout or interface.  3. Restart the Device: Try restarting both the ASIAir Mini and the app, ensuring that your device is properly connected via Wi-Fi.  4. Check Device Compatibility: It's worth confirming that the ASIAir Mini supports powering external devices like dew heaters. While the ASIAir Plus supports multiple powered devices, the Mini might have limitations.   If none of this resolves the issue, checking with ZWO support or online forums dedicated to ASIAir users might help, as there may be model-specific nuances.

I like option 4. I say this because I thought all ports are full on/open by default. If they are on and unable to supply the power, it may be the cause.

There is no switch on the mini. They are powered all the time

I use an ASIAIR mini and as far as I can tell, there are no controls for any of the outputs. They are on by default. It is one reason I want to go to a "better" version. Have you tried just plugging it in?

Duh, I didn't even consider the possibility that the ports deliver power when the mini is on.  I was going solely on my experience with the ASIAir +.  Thanks everyone for your help!
