Hi everyone,
I’m trying to connect to my AM5 mount from my ASIAIR+ via WiFi, but I keep getting a connection error.
This is what I have done so far.
1. Powered up the AM5 and connected the hand controller.
2. Used the SkyAtlas app to update to the latest hand controller and mount firmware.
3. Noted the hand controller ip address in the SkyAtlas app. That is the ip address in the AMH Management System -> Hand Controller WiFi Info section of the app.
4. Input hand controller ip address in the ASIAIR+ mount settings and attempted to connect to the AM5. This is where I get the connection error.
I did see the help info in the ASIAIR+ says to put the mount into station mode for the wifi connection, but I can’t see how to do that. Not sure if that is what I’m missing or something else.
If anyone could help me with how to make the connection work I’d be grateful.
Thanks,
Andy
