Is this dew?

So, I have a really silly question; I ask because I am trying to not buy something I might not need.

Over a few nights I've discovered my pictures end up being cloudy after a few hours. Being in Seattle, I just figured clouds moved in. Though I realized it might just be dew setting in after ~1.5 hours or so. Usually this happens at the end of snapping narrowband.

Here is a frame that looks OK - right at the end of SII and after ~1:45 of total time:

I am well asleep at this point - is this what dew looks like? I am kinda thinking so? Sorry, this is a very stupid question, but I wanted to ask before jumping on purchasing a strip and controller. I blame Seattle for making the weather cloudy too often. ;)

Hi,

due results in defocused, flat stars. You do not really see the dew itself in images taken with the scope because it is too close to focus. Your pic does appear like dew would if you were looking at the glass from above but it is clouds.

Looks like it. Better get that strip heater… Mine is always on.
