processing twin setup data question

Hi all ,
I have a twin setup, 2 esprit80 on the same mount , one with Oregon 571 Mono with L R G B Ha Oiii Sii filters  and the other with with Oregon 571 Color with L  and Ultimate  filter .
I usually shoot  RGB on color and L on the mono , that’s straight forward .
The other normal situation is Ultimate on the color and Ha. Oiii Siii on the mono .

so , what’s the bes way to integrate NB from both cameras ?  Ha from color and Ha from Mono .
Is there a  way to stack from beginning ?

I kinda spent years to make those kind of setup, first it was a dual setup in my plan or mind, suddenly that became like three or four setup, but nevertheless, even if i used a dual setup like yours, i wasn't thinking about having same data from both, i mean use the mono for SHOL and use the color for RGB, if you are under Bortle 1-5 i think the color will give you good enough RGB signal, why you occupy it with narrowband as well?

Maybe if you are in hurry under dark sky you can try using the color with the dual band, i have only one color camera and i have L-Ultimate, but i also have Ha and SII filters 2", i might add OIII later, then L-Ultimate could be pointless unless if i use it under darker sky for quick imaging, but i am planning to use it for RGB only.
