Focuser movement on the WIFD

I am setting up my Redcat 51 WIFD, and it seems strange to me the focuser doesn’t seem to have full movement. 

It’s stops when I get to 23 ish. 

Anyone else that has the same scope and see similar or different behavior?

As long as you get focus, shouldn't matter.  I have the same copy of the RC and somewhere in the WO documentation, they mention the focuser does not travel the full length of the markings.
