I can't remember ever seeing trails like this.

It's a single 300 second frame. I can count 20 trails in the same frame. Is this Starlink satellites?

Yes, could be a chain of starlink satellites.

is it normal for satellites to be perfectly parallel with each other?

Yes, if they are in the after launch stages, starting to spread themselves in their final orbits.

Starlinks launch in a huge bunch and slowly drift apart from each other once detached from the second stage. For the first few orbits they will look like this so it can be assumed this is a recent launch.

From what i could find online there was a launch on Monday and Saturday, guessing this was Monday's launch.

Recently a Chinese rocket produces hundreds of pieces of space debris, spreading over a similar orbit at 800 km above.  Another possibility.

I like the chinese rocket option. Sounds a lot more interesting than more Starlink Satellites 🤣🤣🤣
