Hello All,
I am trying to resolve this issue before tonight's imaging session.
I have used my Apple Tablet for years with both my ASIAir Pro and Plus. Though there have been recent issues overcome, this one has stumped me. Last Wednesday night, after setting up, I went to turn on and connect my ASIAir Plus with my tablet (as I have without issue for three years). Though the WIFI showed being connected to the ASIAir Plus on my tablet, the connection read "No Internet Connection" below … and the ZWO software would not connect on the tablet. I tried everything I knew to do - the usual rebooting, etc. remedies without success. Fortunately, my iPhone connected immediately and I was able to image. Nevertheless ….
I have also tried remedying the issue on the tablet to no avail, and am not sure WHY the tablet WIFI would show the ASIAir as having "No Internet Connection," as the ASIAir generates its own WIFI signal.
If anyone has had this issue and resolved it, please let me know what I can do. I hope to avoid this matter tonight.
Thank you,
Jay
