GraXpert 3.0.2 not loading (standalone and within PixInsight)

I haven't been able to load GraXpert today, neither from PixInsight via script or from the standalone Windows app.

I'm noticing that graxpert.com doesn't load either.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Update:

I connected to a random VPN I have available, everything works now: GraXpert standalone loads right away, the PixInsight script works, I can get to graxpert.com and also connect to minio.schmelly.de, whatever that is.

I wonder why the app would fail so bad due to networking issues. I'd expect for any of these apps to be able to work fully offline…
