Anyone Recognize this issue in SER files? (solar imaging)

Does anyone recognize this issue? It seems to occur after taking a few captures. (never at first it seems) It seems to either be relation to the imaging components or the software/pc side, but I can't tell and tough to reproduce except when it interrupts imaging

I'm using an ASI432mm with the Daystar Quark Chromosphere (and UV/IR cut filter) on a 100mm Explore Scientific triplet. (also occurred on other scopes though)

I'm running a beelink PC with Windows 11 and typically strong enough specs for anything else. The software used is Sharpcap 4.1 + TSX for MyT, or Commander for iOptron mount. Not much else going on.

Is this about buffering? or something related to the large file sizes?

I figured this out, but would welcome any insight.

In Autotakkert, there's a feature in Image Calibration called "Column Noise Correction". Unchecking it cleared the issue for me
