Hi everybody from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA!
Craig here, resident of just north of downtown Center City, Philadelphia. Which means I'm in a Bortle 9 location. I do head out of the City for astroshooting, to some of PA's dark skies sites (such as Cherry Springs) that are dark skies locations. But I'd be interested in what people have to say about various filters to deal with light pollution. I may not be able to get decent shots of nebulae from within the City, but I am interested in shooting globular clusters, and I don't think the light pollution (with a filter) would be that big an issue for those.
I'll be shooting with my Sony A7III, the Sony 20mm f/1.8 prime for MW shots, the Sony 100-400mm (and 1.4x) for tighter shots, and an iOptron SkyGuider Pro.
See you all here in AstroBin.
