Hello everyone!
After buying my first telescope about 6 years ago (Celestron Powerseeker 80EQ) I've become more and more interested in astrophotography. After my generous neighbour gave me his Nikon D200 I started shooting some targets througout the years, after which I noticed that my whole setup wasn't designed for astrophotography. After many months of research and saving up enough money, I recently bought a new setup: TecnoSky 80/480 ED Triplet, Skywatcher EQ6-R Pro and still with the Nikon D200.
This weekend I had the chance to use the new setup for the first time and I can say that I have never enjoyed the hobby more than I did this weekend. I hope to continue imaging as quickly as possible. I still have a lot to learn about astrophotography and processing, so feel free to comment and constructively criticize my images.
Clear skies!
Simon
