Using a Ha filter with a white light solar filter?

Hello,
I have just acquired my first ever white light solar filter, an Orion full aperture glass filter (109-116mm).
I am wondering if I put this solar filter in front of the objective lens (ED80 telescope), is it possible or a good idea to put a Ha deep-sky filter in front of the camera, to record the sun in Ha?
Will this damage the Ha filter?
Thanks for your help,
Izaak

It will not damage the filter but you cannot image the Sun in H-alpha with a deep-sky H-alpha filter.  Solar H-alpha filters are something entirely different.  Read https://astronomyconnect.com/forums/articles/5-a-guide-to-hydrogen-alpha-solar-filters-and-telescopes.30/
