Can someone tell me if it's possible to use a Celestron focus motor with an EQ6-R PRO? It's not working here.

It should work,but you will need to use the USB connection.

It's also much more stable if you connect 12V to it, the USB port is not enough sometimes to drive it.

Also make sure you're sure the focus motor ascom driver, not the celestron unified driver. The latter only works if you have a celestron mount with the focuser conencted to its aux port.

It doesn't work with only the USB cable but I have it with the Celestron driver. I figured that it wouldn't work but I couldn't find an ASCOM driver.

12V connection and a direct USB cable from it to your laptop and you should be fine.

vorrei sapere se  c'è tra noi qualche vecchio astrofilo, che pur usando fotocamere digitali, usa ancora la guida fuori asse e oculare con reticolo per guida? forse è una domanda arcaica, ma io non riesco ad usare il computer perché mi infastidisce quando sono sotto un cielo
pieno di stelle, salvo quando devo fare i pianeti, scusate ma sono curioso di sapere se sono rimasto solo, ciao a tutti voi e cieli pieni di stelle.
