This is my first attempt in deep space astrophotography. I could not make my guider work - it was causing star trails. Unguided shots seem to work OK - so just went with that. First time using this gear - so had lots to learn. Used APP for stacking and Lightroom for further adjustments. Looking for your critique. Thanks in advance.

Great start! With APP, I would try out their process to do an HOO image from the L-Extreme - you should be able to get more color variation in the heart nebula doing that.

My first attempt was a globular ;)

if you want to give pixinsight a try or mess around with my data - wrote a simple guide here: The Heart Nebula, IC 1805, Sharpless 2-190 (rockchucksummit.com)

Thank you very much for the review and guidance!! I will try the HOO technique. I already tried the SHO technique in APP - here is what I got: https://photos.app.goo.gl/HgrNKjy1h94T58Fh7

I will explore pixinsight at some point as well. Thanks for sharing the guide.
