The astrophysics of M82
For those who like to know what they are looking at: As mentioned in another forum post, I have been working on an image and the accompanying text to describe some interesting physics. It is finally ready.......the article was much more work than the image
A long write for the holidays(!), going from the large inter-galactic to the atomic scales, with some history in between and a lot of reading material if you would like to dig a little bit deeper.
