Hi all! My name is Renato, I'm from a small city called Mococa, in Brazilian countryside. I took some pictures with my mobile using a generic attachable lens to zoom in and then I got a refractor telescope (which I didn't use to take some pictures yet.

I'm here to see all those beautiful pictures you post and to learn about astrophotography. Because I know nothing. smile  I'd like to know why  picture from Mars (take a look on my profile, please) looked like that and how can I improve it next time.

Thank you all for having me.

Cheers!

Hi, @Steven Fanutti !

Thank you very much for your reply! Well said about goals. That makes me happy.    Besides, there is this "image stacking" technique that is something I was looking for, i knew it exists, but I didn't even know the name. That will help me to get the direction about what I want to learn.

By the way, your last pic of Mars is a huge support on my hobby and ideas. Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, I have no score to like that yet.
Cheers!
