I've been interested in astronomy since 1986 (Comet Halley!). My main interest has been planetary observation and photography and I was very active during 2001-2004. Since then I had to focus on other priorities in life and took a break from astrophotography (although I was still observing and buying/building telescope
. With comet NEOWISE and the Mars opposition, I am picking up the passion again! Hopefully I can learn to do deep sky photography as well with a focus on high-resolution smaller objects. A lot to learn from everyone here!
