I'm trying to configure a good desktop computer for PixInsight and video edition (family hollidays and muy youtube channel). I will not use it for gaming.
For Pixinsight I know that I need an NVIDIA that suports CUDA for a GPU acceleration in some processes but, how many memory for that GPU accleeration is really needed? I'm comparing some different models of NVIDIA RTX and there are with 8Gb GDDR6, with 12 Gb GDDR6, with 16…

It's enough with 8Gb GDDR6 or I need more.

I ask this in order to save some money and use it for more RAM invest.
