Good idea to start this collection since there are so few objects and not many people imaging them. Together we have 8 out of the first 11.

I took a look at my Abell 85 and it misses the We 2-262.

I think your instruction on the Tag should be W=XYY?

Thanks, Jerry, yes you are correct - I have now corrected it

I hope to have something, can we capture that with smaller scopes and under light pollution skies like Bortle 8/9?

Responded to your other post also.

I am in Bortle 7... Gary is in Bortle 4.

Other thing you can do is concentrate on targets with higher elevations.  I am trying to do some small galaxies in LRGB but only above 60 Degrees elevation.  Example:

NGC 7640

I am very frustrated recently because in addition to my light pollution I have been having more humidity/fog south of San Francisco than usual.  That is really a killer.  Thus I cannot get the amount of exposure on these targets that they deserve.  I have to throw out 2/3 of my subs most recently.... I really should move my observatory to the mountains but a bit too old for that.

I hope when i return back to imaging or astrophotography then i see how bad is my sky now, and i definitely will image for long time integration time, 2 hours is never enough for anything even easy nebulae, i mean i know i have to go with more and more time, even for RGB, so i will see what i can do, and your Bortle 7 is still better than others Bortle 8 or 9 anyway, but i won't give up, i will try first from my bedroom window which is facing North which is also the most light polluted with LED street lights, if i passed this challenge nicely then all sky is possible for me.
