Hello

Sadly I've parted company with my girlfriend and as such I'm moving out of the house. I'm having to sell most of my astro gear to fund a move 😞😞😞😞.
I was wondering if there are any kind souls who would share there unprocessed data to keep me going until I'm back up and running again???

Thanks for looking

I'm not sure if it's allowed to link to another site but this would be the thread for you most likely: https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/862495-process-my-data-thread/

Of course it is. This isn't Instagram :-) AstroBin prioritizes usability and user satisfaction, rather than trying to keep you on the site for as long as possible!

Great! I didn't want to step on any toes. I know some sites are sensitive about outgoing links. I didn't see it in the TOS but I could have overlooked it.

hi Alan,  NGC2070  (Tarantula nebula) SHO masters would be of any interest to you?
Or the 60 hours raws, but maybe to too many GB to transfer

Hi Alan,

Sorry to hear you've fallen into hard times.

I posted a channel update to my Youtube channel some time ago.  In the description there is a google drive link to my Pacman in SHO data.  You and anyone else is welcome to the data for processing.

Sorry to hear that Alan I have posted 6 stacks with my OSC 2600MC at the link below for you. They have all been stacked with calibration frames (flat, dark, bias) the resulting stacks are nice and even, with little vignetting or gradients. These images are taken with my 130mm stellarvue @ f/4 and with my Rokinon 135mm @ f2.8. Pretty much all are over 7 hours of integration

4 of these havent even been posted yet as I havent processed them. They were taken over a marathon week of imaging 10 days ago . I will be working on them this week. You can see the Auriga complex and Soul images posted on my page just so you have an idea of the data quality. The 4 new ones are high quality as well (see merlotte 15 in the heart image stack). If you cant access the link PM me.

I hope this helps you pass the time and keeps you going. if there are any specific images on my page youd like, just PM me and let me know.

Oh, there is also the Moana data which is Creative Commons that BlackRig (here on AB) provides for people to process. I've done some and a number of other people have. Good stuff. Check it out. https://erellaz.com/moana/open-datasets/

Best of luck to you!

I downloaded and goofed off with your Flaming Star image... the data is so good from your 135 lens.
I have a lot to learn...
Thanks, it is nice to look at data from a good photographer.

Hey Alan, you can check out my Astrobin page and let me know from which targets you'd like data. Just shoot me a DM and I'll get some Google Drive links going for you.

Sorry about the hard times. Hopefully some extra data will cheer you up at least a little bit smile

Glad the data is helping your imaging Dan. It helped me too to see stacked calibrated data and what it should look like. I only started attempting to calibrate my data earlier this year... I only figured it out a couple of months ago lol. It's made a night and day difference in the quality of my stacks.

Of those stacks, spaghetti, M31 and rosette complex are also 135mm data. I believe the rosette complex stack is even better than the flaming star. Beautiful area. I cant wait to process that one.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
