Hi all,
Just getting started on this hobby. Purchased a Celestron Evolution 8, alt az mount. I also have a Celestron StarSense, Focus Motor, .63 focal reducer as well as T-ring and adapter for a Canon EOS 40d.
I also have a Revolution Imager 2 system which I have managed to use to bring up a live stack of the Ring Nebula.
I've also managed to take my first images of Jupiter via BackYardEOS, stacking the video with AutoStakkert and applying wavelets with Registax.
As I venture into the EAA realm, I'm wondering what model camera I should be looking at. I realize that I'm limited by the alt az mount and the focal length of the OTA (even with the focal reducer).
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
