When I stack my light frames in DSS, the borders of the image are completely black /or in a completely different tone than the rest of the image. It's not like it happens just a bit, it covers an important part of the image, enough to spoil parts of the nebula. I didn't had this problem at the beginning, bit know is something that always happens when I stack. Please help

DSS tries to use as many of the frames you register as possible. Unless they overlap perfectly you'll get areas of lower S/N around the edge. Try to make sure all your frames overlap properly. If you stack in intersection mode you'll get a pretty good idea of the extent of your overlap.

Post above is excellent.
Did you plate solve your target for each of the nights? If not, you may have field rotation and it is normal that you could have a  border.
solution, crop it out.

review individual light frames, and see if you stack a alien image, alien=something that should not be in the stack
If you leave the border, you may be able to process the noise, but you will introduce other issues.

1- stack with intersection in dss
2- crop image border
3- wipe image of lp
4- develop strech histogram
5- process as usual

Cosmic Rays on DSLR images?
Hello, Recently, I noticed on my DSLR images artifacts like shown on the picture. The position is always different, and colours vary. Could be a dead pixel stretched in Deepsky Stacker. Cosmic Rays? Just curious Thanks and Cheers Robert
