Hello! I've been around for about a year now but I figured I should introduce myself.
I got started in this wonderful, amazing, sometimes frustrating and expensive hobby last year in September. I quickly realized this was the hobby I was searching for my whole life - one that mixes my love for art, science, technology and the outdoors.
I started off with a borrowed canon DSLR and Skywatcher Star Adventurer GTI. That was enough to really catch the bug
Anyways, I just wanted to thank the community for #1) inspiring me every day to explore and capture the cosmos and #2) showing me what can be imaged with the amazing tools we have at our disposal today.
I think William Herschel would be a bit jealous if he knew what the "common-folk" have access to in the 21'st century. Let's make him proud!
