APP Correct Vignetting gives Black/White Screen—what next?
The vignetting tool never worked for me. It is also only supposed to be used when you did not use any flats for image calibration.
I would try to correct any gradients in your image with the remove light pollution tool. This works very well, usually.

The vignetting tool was a gamble for me, too, sometimes good, sometimes white. Frankly, I didn't know what I was doing, so, not blaming APP. I changed to Fitswork for removing vignetting an uneven background. So far working great.
