Thanks, Chase! I've always wanted to visit Minnesota.
I've just purchased a bevy of equipment that is probably severe overkill (and I imagine wouldn't generally be recommended) for a beginner, but I love tinkering and technology, so I couldn't resist.
I should start receiving some of it this weekend, but with the Rochester, NY area being one of the cloudiest locations in the US, it might be a while before I get to try it out.I will try to search the forum for answers to my questions first, but if I don't find something quickly, I will be sure to ask. Thanks for the welcome!

Don’t hesitate to post, it will give you a sense of how you progress in the hobby so certainly post away! I always like to go back and look at my 1st images and then look at my current ones and see what the differences are. There is a sense of accomplishment if you see a difference.
