Optical certificate, who can explain it to me ?

I had some serious problems with an APO130F7 TS and after trying all the colors I sent it back.
TS completely replaced my optical cell (I had taken some photos of the old one and in any case the writing on the front is different, an "SN124" writing appeared) and added this optical certificate to me.
But frankly I'm ignorant on the subject and I don't know how to interpret it.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal or not ?
Thank u.

It says it is all good, optically speaking.
