Those are my main ones as well (except for the action set). Along with camera raw, it's a very competent suite of tools.

I find ProDigital Software's Astro Flat Pro useful  -  particularly useful in cleaning awful gradients in the Oiii data that I get from Bortle 8 home base ,plus it helps with colour balance

Oh yeah... forgot those. I've used their Denoise in the past. I prefer NoiseXterminator now though. 

Their Sharpen tool is great for non-astro photos... rescued a few blurry shots recently.

One not mentioned yet is another great RC Astro Photoshop plugin: Star Shrink. I don't use it often, but it can be useful.
