Hi,

I'm 28 from Florida in a Bortle 5 area and plenty of 3 within an hour drive or so. I've never looked through a telescope and never owned more than a disposable camera until I picked up a Celestron 130SLT and Canon Rebel T6 Black Friday/Cyber Monday last year. Life never awarded me with time to dedicate to learning the ropes, spent a max of 5 hours using them, but I'll be able to start dedicating time by the end of this month.

I now spend most my lunch breaks and my down time reading/watching beginner guides ranging from how to use my equipment to the head hurting post processing phase. I know there's a long road ahead of me, to include figuring out how to use this camera, but I'm excited to start my star journey and I look forward to learning from everyone here and beyond.

In the rabbit hole I go!
