ZWO Power Issues

I just installed my EAF and it keeps disconnecting while in use.

I have the following equipment wired together:

• ASIAIR Pro
• ASI120MM-Mini Camera & 30mm f/4 Mini Guide Scope
• 183GT
• EAF

Can you tell me the proper connection of USBs for proper power distribution to help the disconnection issue? Or is there another solution?

My connections are as follows:
120mm and EFW connected to 183mm pro
183mm pro, mount and EAF connected to 6 port hub.
Hub connected to computer.
I suspect either the power connector or USB connection is opening while moving mount. Ive had this issue before, but it was the usb cable from hub to laptop.

I’ll try to reconfigure a bit and see what happens. 🤞

One more thing I should mention…
How are you powering the EAF? If you are using an ac adapter, make sure the current capacity (amps) is at or above what the EAF requires. If it's under, the voltage will drop under load, possibly causing communications failures.

I changed around my usb connectors due to the power output on USB 2 vs 3 and everything seems to be working fine. I did nearly 40hours of light last week without any disconnects; all powered via the ASIAIR.
