I'm using SG Pro to capture my images and using the calibration wizard to determine the setting for my Flats. Do my flats need to have the same Gain/Offset as my image set or can I use a different setting?  Thanks!

All your calibration files should use the same gain/offset. This is key to making sure they correct all the sensor pattern noise.  Because of the amp glows, it is also important that your flats be taken at the same temperature as the lights as well, and the same really goes for bias and obviously darks as well.
