As someone who images objects not often imaged I have noted that when looking for other examples on Astrobin, they can be hard to find. As an example, I was looking for Abell 10 using that as a search term and it came up with a huge number of Abell objects but if Abell 10 was there it must have been way down the list.
The only way I did find all the AB examples was to include in the search term the name of an imager that I knew also did lots of such objects and then it found it right away. I then used their image to find objects in the area and restricted that to .2 arcmin. That finally found all the Abell 10 AB images, and only the Abell 10 images (there are only seven).
Is there a way to make the search more explicit? In other words, exact match to [name of object] only? There may be but if there is I can’t find it.
Thanks!
