I’m still running Windows 10 on my computer dedicated to photographic and astrophotographic processing. It’s got plenty of RAM (64GB), a reasonably fast i7 chip, fast SSD drives and the graphics card supports CUDA acceleration.
I’m currently running PixInsight 1.9.3 without any issues. I’m deciding whether to install 1.9.4 or continue with 1.9.3 for now.

I can’t speak for Win10 but it’s running fine under Win11.
I’m running it on an older Win 10 Pro i7 laptop with just 16 Gig of RAM, and everything works without issue. It’s slow, but gets the job done.
