You can use them down to F3.

I have the Antlia EDGE full filter set, and they work wonderfully at f/4.

I use them at f2.7 and even there they are around 90% transmission. Their center response curve is pre-shifted a little and they have a fairly flat top so they work great for both slow and fast scopes
