J’ai actuellement un Skywatcher 150/750 avec une 533MC pro et j’aimerai faire du très grand champ.
Quelle lunette pourriez vous me conseiller?
Je pensais l’utiliser avec soit la FMA 135 d’askar, soit la FMA 180 pro ou la nouvelle Askar 50p.
Qu’en pensez-vous?
They all do the same job and they all cover APS-C. The FMA 135 has the widest FOV but it’s otherwise pretty bare bones. All in all my preference would be the Askar 50P. It has the lowest F/number, the largest aperture and is better outfitted. It’s a true Petzval design so you won’t have to mess with spacers to meet a specific back focus requirement. Overall it just seems like a more serious bit of kit.

I have no idea but I suspect it would be similar as they all come from the same manufacturer. You could search the bin for photos from each but processing can hide a lot of defects. The best way to compare would be to look at the spot diagrams from each scope.
I have an Askar SQA55 which is f/4.8 and is only marginally slower than 50P. But the performance is excellent for wide field imaging. You can consider and check it out. Both have 44mm Image circle but SQA 55 is suitable for Full frame sensors where as 50P though supports APS-C is optimised for 1”

J’aimerai faire du très grand champ et donc une focale de 264 me semble un peu grande. La focale qui me serait le plus adapté en serait une inférieure à 200.
Et bien, il te reste l’ACL 200 de chez Askar, modèle discontinué mais de bonne qualité en f4 à 200.
Et avec le FMA 180 pro avec un capteur 1 pouce, qu’en pensez-vous?

I think the FMA 180 Pro could be the best choice.
If you compare the spot diagrams of the three telescopes you mentioned, the FMA 180 Pro ranks first, the FMA 135 comes second, and the Askar 50P is third.
I also think Svbony has a good option—the SV545. It has a focal length of 203 mm and a focal ratio of f/4.5. In terms of spot diagrams, it performs almost as well as the FMA 180 Pro.

In my opinion, a smaller sensor can actually be an advantage with small refractors like this , since it doesn’t cover the entire field. You’re mostly using the center, where star shapes are better.
With a larger sensor, you start to see more of the edges, and star shapes can get worse in the corners.

In my opinion, it should work quite well. With a 1" sensor, it’s actually a really solid option, since you’re mostly using the better-corrected center of the field.
Considering its speed and aperture, it compares very well to the FMA scopes.
