APT having issues saving images with Nikon Z6

I have been using APT for a while without any major issues but today my camera keeps disconnecting when running a light plan.

It is a Nikon Z6 connecting via usb.

I can sometimes take the first image but it then disconnects when saving the second.

This also happens when I take a single image (not in a plan).

Have checked all cables, etc. but the hardware is exactly the same as last week when I imaged all evening without issue.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Thanks Ivaylo, worth a try but no that's not it. USB management was already disabled.
