I want to first say I am not affiliated with Rouz Astro and this is not and ad. The owner of Rouz Astro doesn’t even know I am posting this.
So I need a solution to mount my Pegasus Astro USB Hub on top of my very tiny Askar FM180. I have a QHYCCD MiniCAM8 with an OAG connected to it. I found this solution on Rouz Astro, I thought it would not fit because the finder shoe base is quite close to the OAG but I took a chance.
I received it today and I am very happy with the solution which is why I’m posting about it
The hub mount screws onto the hub (mount is upside down in this picture).

Then the finder shoe adapter screws on top of the mount plate. Having it off-center is I think a very smart design, that’s what gives me the clearance I need to make it fit.
