Mine is pretty good, around 0.8 average. I also only have a small 400mm refractor on it and guide through a oag. Other users have had better guiding with it. For me, it's perfect for my Askar fra400, I can take as long of exposures as I want with no issue. I pretty much use 300s for just about everything, sometimes 600s for narrowband or duo narrowband filters.

I will say, the Juwei-17 is only a little bit bigger and heavier than the J14, and only a couple hundred dollars more, and comes with a dual saddle. In my opinion, the J14 isn't really worth the trade off to only save $200 or so. I got my J14 after having my J17 for a while, mainly just to try it out, if I could do it over again I would get  a second J17 instead.

Biggest Newt You've Run on a Mach 2?
I'm toying with the idea of getting an imaging newt in 2026 or later and wondering how big some of you have gone for a Mach 2. I've been chatting with Catalin from CFF and he makes a 250mm and a 300mm f3 Newt. The 250 I think would be no prob...
