Hey all,

Quick question, how do I add filter metadata in my fit files coming off of my asiair? I am using a filter drawer, not wheel. Is there a way to add a filter in software?

Hi John,

If you are using Pixinsight you can use the Batch Fits Header Editor script. I've had the same problem, and fixed it easily with that script. Check out Adam Block's video. I'm not an Asiair user but i use NINA with a filter drawer, and can set the filter name used in my fits files, maybe Asiair also has such an option.
