Thank you, I image from Southwest Charlotte in between South Tryon and Westinghouse Blvd. I look on the light pollution map and it says I am in a bortle 7 sky, but I live 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown.

Cool, similar here but I am on the south east side in the corner formed by Providence Rd and Pineville-Matthews Rd … clear skies!

Hey Charlotte folks! Also in the Queen City here. Take a look at the Charlotte Amateur Astronomers Club! We have a dark location on the SC side of the border, with lots of club owned scopes, including a 16" Cassegrain, 24" Reflector, and an 8" Refractor, and a concrete pad with wifi to setup and image on.
